First we'd love to introduce ourselves! We're the Gilbeys! A small business based in Teesside creating handmade friendship bracelets inspired by different fandoms and pop culture. Every bracelet is carefully made by us using high quality materials sourced from a bead wholesale website, with designs carefully crafted to encourage customers to celebrate the things they love (or just have a little laugh).

Our bracelets are designed to be eye catching, giftable and easy to merchandise. Whether displayed on a countertop, peg wall or dedicated stand they're perfect for gift shops, independent retails, comic and pop culture stores, bookshops, tourist attractions and lifestyle boutiques. 

We've seen first hand how well our bracelets connect with customers. Having sold thousands of bracelets at the UK's biggest comic conventions, we've learned which designs people love and what keeps them coming back. Plus, we're always adding new designs and keeping up with popular trends which keeps customers coming back for more.

Ordering

Our minimum order value is £100

Lead Times - As every bracelet is handmade to order our turnaround time is 7-14 days. During busier periods we'll always let you know if lead times are likely to be longer and if we're able to complete your order even earlier then we absolutely will. 

Packaging - All bracelets will automatically arrive on branding cards which will be hole punched suitable for hanging on a single hook display. The card does not hide the wording on the bracelet and will still allow a customer to try the bracelet on. If you would rather the bracelets arrived without the card then please let us know and we can arrange that for you.

Shipping - All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, you will receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched. Shipping is free for our wholesale customers. 

Payment - Full payment is required upon ordering.

RRP - We would typically recommend retailing the bracelets between £4-5 each.

Sizing - Our experience has allowed us to perfect a one size fits most bracelet size, offering the best fit for the widest range of customers while keeping retail displays simple and easy to shop. When ordering please select adult medium, we will contact you via email to confirm sizings before your bracelets are made.

Custom Designs - If you're looking for something specific please get in touch with us. We can work with you to create a unique design tailored to your shop, event or attraction. Previously we have made custom designs for events such as Scare City.
